MICROSOFT POWER PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR
The Microsoft Power Platform Administrator will help drive best-in-class adoption and develop methods for improving departmental experiences in utilizing D365 CRM, Marketing, Power BI, Automate and App services. Be a subject matter expert who can support the development of system requirements, design, code, configure, develop, test, and provide system administration with end user support.
Job Summary
The Microsoft Power Platform Administrator will help drive best-in-class adoption and develop methods for improving departmental experiences in utilizing D365 CRM, Marketing, Power BI, Automate and App services. Be a subject matter expert who can support the development of system requirements, design, code, configure, develop, test, and provide system administration with end user support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a critical techno-functional resource for a custom solution built on MS Power Platform, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing, Customer Voice, etc.
- Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate business process improvement
- Work with internal teams to define functional requirements and document solution designs, run detailed design / requirements meetings and showcases to understand the business requirements and conduct a gap analysis, specify and convey requirements for configurations, custom code, integrations, and custom reports
- Provide architecture, configuration, code, system administration, and functional support to expand the company’s capabilities in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Project manage the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 CRM, marketing and other modules including the hands-on configuration of applications
- Create and manage business process flows, reports, model-driven applications
- Deliver solutions using the suite of Microsoft’s Apps, B.I., Automate/ Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and data integrations on the platform
- Perform D365 configuration and optimizations
- Understand system pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
- Perform system maintenance tasks
- Create and train end users on Power Platform, Dynamics 365 applications and develop best practices documentation
- Provide end user technical support

Education, Experience, and Skills
- 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Marketing, Customer Voice, etc.
- Experience in analysis, design development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft apps
- Ability to create business processes for Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Visual Studio, SSMS, SVN, C#, .NET, Git, and JS required
