ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As a member of the Account Management team, the Account Executive (AE) will work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to help ensure the timely and seamless execution of Business Intelligence, Promotional, and/or Medical Communications accounts.

As a member of the Account Management team, the Account Executive (AE) will work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to help ensure the timely and seamless execution of Business Intelligence, Promotional, and/or Medical Communications accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects from kick-off to reconciliation; works with senior account team to continue to hone project management skills
- Consistently creates and proactively updates project reports and helps to ensure all departments can meet timing requirements through clear communication, collaboration, and direction
- Leads day-to-day activities for active projects as the client contact; accurately completes client-related tasks with minimal supervision/revision
- Proactively communicates next steps for internal and external teams, providing clear, concise feedback and calls to action; Identifies and proactively raises concerns to senior accounts team
- Leads client calls confidently and accurately; Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal skills (internal and external)
- Demonstrates an understanding of budgets, scopes, and how to utilize these tools in project planning and financial tracking of projects
- Ensures that all projects are invoiced appropriately and in a timely manner based on invoicing milestones
- Prioritizes their workload and partners with account managers to support activities and projects across the team through internal communications (internal status, trackers, etc.)
- Demonstrates the ability to generate alignment with internal team members to execute project-related tasks
- Prepare account service-related documents for virtual/live meetings as needed
- Support the preparation of final project closeouts or reconciliations
- Ensure company systems and procedures are adhered to and/or improved to ensure all expectations are fulfilled
- Available for teleconferences outside of usual working hours, to help ensure company-level global coverage of program and project needs

Education, Experience, and Skills
- Requires a High School education but a college degree is preferred
- 3-4 years of client services/account management experience, medical communications agency preferred
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment
- Be highly organized and able to track multiple operational needs
- Have a desire to grow and learn about event/project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in spreadsheets and project management software is preferred
- Proven efficiency in the use of Office 365

- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
- Travel may be required based on business needs (domestically and internationally) and attend virtual programs outside of working hours as needed.
