PROJECT & EVENT MANAGER

Aptitude Health has an excited opportunity for Project & Event Manager (PEM) in The Hague office. The PEM is the main day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and account management, and is reporting to the Director Account Services in Europe. AH is seeking a PEM who is solution-oriented, always thinking about the client’s business, anticipating issues, and can integrate ideas & solutions and creative strategies while ensuring effective support to produce superior results. The PEM will also lead and execute projects for his/her own accounts to ensure consistency across all projects

Essential job duties:

  • Day-to-day primary client contact on all account related activities
  • Lead and execute projects for the allocated accounts and projects
  • Provide tactical supports to clients and internal staff and manage expectations of all internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Business Development team members on the creation of statements of work and budgets
  • Manage digital solutions for assigned projects
  • Partner with other departments to obtain health care professionals transfer of value reporting details and provide regular compliance updates as requested by the client compliance officers
  • Support and manage live, virtual and offline activities
  • Partner with Project Operations Manager to facilitate logistics for delegates and expert faculty when required
  • Support the Axess Team with the continuous expansion of our Axess Network for our health care professionals
  • Available to travel on a limited basis when required (up to 15-20%)
  • Flexibility and available for occasional teleconferences outside of usual working hours
  • Available 32 – 40 hours a week

 

Experience:

  • 3+ year in Project or Account Manager at an agency (healthcare experience is preferred)
  • Project management experience for meetings / events including congresses, (e.g. symposia, advisory boards)
  • Excellent decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment
  • Be highly organized and able to keep team members moving forward and on track
  • Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the HCP transfer of value reporting is preferred
  • Experience in delivery of digital solutions is preferred
  • Experienced in spreadsheets usage and project management software
  • Highly efficient in the use of Office 365
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbally)
