EDITORIAL SERVICE SPECIALIST
The Editorial Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, scope, and timeliness of deliverables and meeting client needs and the company’s objectives in a collective effort with the Accounts, Publications, Marketing, and Scientific Content Teams.

The Editorial Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, scope, and timeliness of deliverables and meeting client needs and the company’s objectives in a collective effort with the Accounts, Publications, Marketing, and Scientific Content Teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and consistent style in all deliverables (including any text attached to external email)
- Edit materials for correct spelling, grammar, and syntax.
- Assist with formatting and graphics as needed.
- Verify all data, supporting citations, and scientific claims in deliverables as needed (should have either experience with data verification or the capacity to learn it)
- Support the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables in adherence to approved scope of work and internal processes.
- Possess interest in acquiring and further developing basic data management/analysis and advanced Excel skills.

Education, Experience, and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in English/communications, health/science, or related field of study, combined with at least 1 year of editorial experience.
- Demonstrated excellent language and writing skills.
- Demonstrated excellent planning and organization skills.
- Ability to balance between a desire for perfection and the necessity to meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office applications.
- Flexibility toward working in an international environment.

Conditions of Employment:
- Verification of employment history, professional references, and education or training.
- Eligible Candidates must live in the US and be able to work in the US.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Travel may be required based on business needs (domestically and internationally) and attend virtual programs outside of working hours as needed.
